More than just light installations, HighLight is Hutt City’s 4 day carnival with live music, street theatre, as well as a broad food & beverage offering.
They were now looking for an identity that would carry the event for the next 4-5 years, and brand collateral that would signal the international calibre of their event. It was important that the new brand beautifully balanced the highly creative and interactive installations with a real ‘Hutt’ community spirit.
They had settled on a creative theme of ‘wild things’ that would drive both the design of the light installations and influence a promotional campaign for year 2. They also required a design system and guidelines to assist their internal design team producing additional elements pre and post event.
